Location: Metro Cebu
Compensation Package: Php26,000 (inclusive of allowance, exclusive of performance incentives)

About the Role:

CHLL Property Management & Realty Inc. is looking for a Property Onboarding Operations Associate to support the onboarding and preparation of properties entering our portfolio.

This role focuses on field coordination, operational readiness, and quality support during property onboarding. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners while ensuring properties meet CHLL’s standards for presentation, readiness, and owner satisfaction.

This is an entry-level role with growth potential, ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

During Onboarding:

• Support property onboarding from initial assessment to launch readiness
• Assist with field coordination to ensure units meet CHLL’s quality and presentation standards
• Track procurement and coordinate deliveries for setup, furnishing, and styling
• Coordinate with and monitor contractor progress, flagging any issues
• Coordinate internal staff deployment and external partner schedules
• Prepare units for launch, including readiness for professional photoshoots
• Support documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting
• Conduct field support activities and quality checks for onboarding units
• Document unit readiness and submit progress reports

Who We're Looking For:

• Entry-level to early-career professional
• Background or exposure to Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Tech- and internet-savvy; able to adapt quickly to digital systems
• Professional communicator with internal teams and external partners
• Willing to do field work across Cebu City, Mactan, and nearby areas
• Flexible and on-the-go—comfortable moving between remote tasks and on-site work
• Background in project management or experience in purchasing/supplier coordination is highly preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or real estate admin is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality protocols
• Owns a reliable laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection
• Maintains a high level of professional conduct, especially in representing CHLL in client and contractor interactions

Nice to Have 

• Experience with property setup, renovations, fit-outs, or site coordination
• Familiarity with procurement, supplier coordination, or delivery scheduling
• Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) for easier field mobility
